Day 1 -
Bagdogra / Siliguri / Phuntsholing
Arrive Delhi or Calcutta by early morning flight and transfer to airport to connect flight for Bagdogra. Meeting and assistance at Bagdogra airport and drive for about four hours through lush green tea gardens enroute, arriving Phuntsholing, the gateway of Bhutan. Dinner, and overnight at the Hotel.
Day 2 – Phuntsholing - Thimpu
Morning visit Thimpu. Five kms ahead of Phuntsholing, visit to Kharbandi Gompa, the beautiful monastery built by Royal Grandmother Ashi Phuntsho Choedron adn situated in Garden of tropical plants and flowers. Shortly before entering the Thimpu city, visit Simothka Dzong, the old fortress of the kingdom built by Shah Drung Ngawabg Namgyal in 1627 which now houses the school for Buddhist studies.
Day 3 - Thimpu
Thimpu, the capital of Bhutan, sitting in broad fertile valley of River Wang Chu. Thimpu's most impressive building is Tashichhodzong, the home of national assembly and summer residence of Chief of Monk Body. Thimp is also known as fortress of glorious religion and originally built in 1627 by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal. It was the country's first official center for social and religious education.
Day 4 - Thimpu / Punakha / Wangdiphodrang
After breakfast proceed to Punakha. About 45 minutes from Thimpu , lies Dochula pass offering visitors their first glimpse of the eastern Himalayan range. A visit to the valley of Wangdiphodrang situated at the junction of Punakha Chu and Tang Chu rivers. Overnight at the Hotel and

Day 5 – Punakha / Wangdiphodrang / Paro
Sightseeing in Wangdiphodrang which is a typical small Bhutanese town, with bustling market and well stocked shops. The place is known for it's fine bamboo work, slate, stone carvings, yak dairy research stations. After lunch drive to Paro enroute visiting the village house. Overnight at the Hotel in Paro.
Day 6 – Paro
This beautiful valley, where nature and man conjured to create their dearest image is home to some of Bhutan's oldest temples, monasteries, the national Museum and the country's only airport. It is also the venue of the Paro Tshechu (festival) held once a year in spring. A short drive overlooking Paro river is Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and most sacred shrines of Bhutan, dating from the introduction of Buddhism. Evening at leisure to visit local shops. Overnight at the Hotel in Paro.
Day 7 - Depart from Paro
After early breakfast in the hotel drive to the airport for onward destination.
